1. Controller
Sam Beyglikli, trading as LUVENYX
Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Wien, Austria
Email: contact@luvenyx.com
This notice explains how personal data are handled through the LUVENYX company website. Separate project websites provide their own privacy information.
2. Website hosting
We use Hostinger Premium Web Hosting for the website and Hostinger Starter Business Email for email. The website and its hosting database are stored in the Netherlands. Hosting backups run weekly and are retained for six weeks. This location statement concerns the website and database; it does not establish the locations of email, backups or support processing. Hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, including IP address, request time, requested resource, response status and browser information, to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the website. Technical logs may also contain referring URLs and error information.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in reliable, secure website operation.
The retention of technical records is determined by the time needed to identify and resolve operational faults, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Records relevant to a specific security incident or legal claim may be kept until the investigation or claim is concluded. Technical logs are separate from the six-month retention rule for contact enquiries below.
3. Contact enquiries
We use your name, email address, selected topic, message and any other information you provide to respond to your enquiry and handle related correspondence. General enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where the enquiry concerns a contract with you or steps you request before entering a contract.
Providing information is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to submit the form and allow us to respond. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Ordinary enquiries are deleted within six months after they have been resolved. Records subject to a statutory retention obligation are retained for the applicable legal period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Records required for a specific legal dispute may be retained until the dispute and applicable claims period have ended, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Please do not send passwords, identity documents, health information or unsolicited CVs through the general contact form.
4. Form delivery and security
The LUVENYX contact-form component delivers messages through the website’s email system. It does not maintain a WordPress submission inbox. Copies remain in the receiving mailbox and may be included in the email provider’s delivery records and backups.
To reduce repeated submissions, the component derives a keyed, pseudonymous identifier from the requesting IP address. The rate-limit entry is valid for one minute; expired entries are removed through WordPress housekeeping. It is not included in the enquiry email. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in preventing abuse.
5. Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are handled by the operator or people authorised to deal with them. Hosting, email and technical-maintenance providers may process data as needed to provide their services. Professional advisers and competent authorities may receive information where required by law or necessary in connection with a specific legal claim. We do not sell personal data.
Hostinger publishes its data-processing terms at https://www.hostinger.com/legal/dpa. Its infrastructure and subprocessors may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The published terms provide for standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers to countries without an applicable adequacy decision. Information about applicable safeguards, including how to obtain a copy, can be requested at contact@luvenyx.com.
6. Cookies and privacy settings
The LUVENYX company website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or optional visitor-analytics scripts in its current configuration.
When you save preferences through Privacy settings, LUVENYX Consent stores a first-party cookie with a name beginning “lvxc_”. It remembers the settings version, timestamps and selected service identifiers for up to 180 days. It does not assign a unique visitor identifier. You can reopen Privacy settings or remove the cookie using your browser.
This storage serves the settings you request. The associated processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in respecting those settings. Technically necessary storage is subject to the applicable exception under section 165(3) TKG 2021. Optional technologies will require consent where legally necessary if introduced later.
WordPress also uses authentication cookies for authorised administrator access. Visitors do not need an account to browse the public website.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Please contact contact@luvenyx.com to exercise these rights. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), https://dsb.gv.at/, or another competent supervisory authority.
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
8. Careers and updates
There are currently no open roles. Before accepting applications through a recruitment process, we will provide the relevant applicant privacy information.
We update this notice when the processing carried out through the website changes.
